Send an email to cptpibb@msn.com with your name, address and CD’s you wish to purchase. An address to mail your check will be in the reply.

Send an email to cptpibb@msn.com for Paypal account email, along with your name, address and CD’s you wish to purchase.

All CD’s are $12 each. 2 or more CD’s are just $10 each, any combination of releases.

Shipping costs:

U.S.: $2 for 1st CD, add $1 each additional CD.

Canada: $3 USD for 1st CD, add $1 USD each additional CD.

U.K. & Europe: $4 USD for 1st CD, add $1 USD each additional CD.

Mexico, South America: $3 USD for 1st CD, add $1 USD each additional CD.

Elsewhere: $4 USD for 1st CD, add $1 USD each additional CD.
